Getting the opportunity to interact with every kind of student crafted Julia’s ability to turn the complex universal - a vital skill for the ins and outs of multifaceted transactions.

With eyes towards her second career, Julia began a job as a real estate admin assistant, helping other agents market their properties. As a result, Julia now excels in the online aspects of the business, is a wizard of social media, and makes property flyers for the sheer joy of it.

Julia's real estate journey brought her from South Carolina back home to the mountains of North Carolina in 2019. Today, Julia owns two thriving real estate businesses and spends her time helping buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals; she is a real estate aficionado through and through.
