Andrew Nissley is a South Florida native who was drawn to the beauty of the Western North Carolina mountains after visiting throughout his childhood and spending summers in the area. He relocated to Asheville in 2013 and graduated from UNC Asheville three years later with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Since moving to Asheville he has enjoyed the small town charm along with the city's rapid growth.

Andrew dove into real estate after witnessing the value of investing from his family's business. Andrew has extensive property management experience in the manufactured housing and hospitality space, including the management of several Marinas, a 250 Site RV Park, and 272 Mobile Home units. He also handled the oversight and training of managers for a management company with 40+ communities and 8,000+ units. His strength in sale and marketing along with a hard work ethic brought life and revenue back to some of these previously hurting businesses. He is an Accredited Community Manager (ACM), FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot, and a licensed real estate agent in Florida and Georgia.

During his free time, Andrew enjoys exploring the outdoors in Western North Carolina and experiencing the natural playground that the mountains offer. Andrew is also passionate about cars and motorcycles and enjoys driving or riding (at the speed limit) on a WNC curvy road.
